Salary: £21,000 - £30,000 dependant on experience

They are currently offering exciting opportunities for talented people to join their team as Graduate Civil Engineers.

Duties of the Graduate Civil Engineer

Working as part of a team you will be developing the detailed design for earthworks, highways and drainage elements of projects. The projects will range from £70m distribution centres, 70 unit residential schemes with adoptable highways and drainage or a £2.5m retail store. You will be working with AutoCAD civils 3d and / or Windes to develop the designs. You will be surrounded by fellow engineers who will provide you with advice and support to help you develop your design skills. From time to time you will visit site to carry out inspections or surveys prior to developing the design or to inspect works as they are constructed on site.

Requirements of the Graduate Civil Engineer

  • The ideal Graduate candidates will hold a degree (2:1 or higher) in civil engineering.
  • Previous experience using any of the following software is not essential but will be an advantage: AutoCAD, Civils 3D, PDS, WinDes, Autotrack, or Revit.
  • Any design experience in any of the following will be advantageous: highways, drainage; ground modelling, or flood risk assessment.

Salary and Reward Package:

  • Salary will be £21,000 – £30,000 depending upon skills and experience.
