Admin - Accounts Team
An experienced Administrator, with working knowledge of an Accounts department, is sought for this successful family business based in Leighton Buzzard.
The main duties will include:
- Credit control
- Bank and cash reconciliations
- Direct debit collection
- Preparing and posting journals
- Sales and Purchase ledger
- Supporting the Manager in daily tasks to ensure the smooth running of the office
- Provide a high standard of customer care when answering internal and external telephone calls
- Pro-actively following up emails and telephone enquiries

The successful candidate will have previous experience of working in an Accounts based role, be a proficient user of Microsoft applications in particular a good knowledge of Excel.
