Primary Inclusion Manager- Croydon - Full Time September Start 2017!

A successful, primary school in Croydon is looking to recruit an Inclusion Manager to join their school on a full time basis from September 2017

The school are looking to appoint an energetic and creative Inclusion Manager who is enthusiastic about inclusion and has strategies to achieve this for all children, is an innovative practitioner with a passion for educating and developing the whole child. The Head teacher is looking to recruit an experienced SENCO or Inclusion Leader, who will lead and develop whole school provision for Special Educational Needs (SEN). The successful candidate will take overall responsibility for the quality and standards of additional provision and support for pupils with Special Educational Needs.

The school is a large three-form entry school, with a modern building and fantastic grounds. More importantly the school have amazing children and a large team of staff who work hard to ensure that everyone learns to succeed.

To apply for this position you must be a qualified teacher within the UK and hold the SENCO accreditation. Recent relevant primary school experience is essential for this role and it will be key to be able to effectively manage a support staff such as teaching assistants and learning support assistants; therefore effective communication skills are vital.

To be eligible you must:
*Be a qualified teacher (ideally PGCE, GTP, BEd, Cert Ed, BA with QTS)
*Have UK teaching experience.
*Be a UK resident or be eligible to work in the UK.
*Hold a current and up to date DBS disclosure.
*Hold accredited SENCO Qualification
*Have drive and tenacity.
*Encourage students to reach their full potential.
*Excellent classroom management skills
