Registered Manager required for children’s home in Sheffield.

Our client is a well-established national provider of care and support packages for children, young people and adults and are looking for a Registered Manager for their children’s home in Sheffield. The packages of care and interventions provided range from residential homes for children and adults; to providing supported assistance to individuals within communities, in the form of floating and bridging support. The organisation also benefits from its own supervised contact centre.

The Registered Manager would oversee two small homes which are located next door to each other and are registered for 8 children across the two sites (although are not at full occupancy currently).

The home is looking for an experienced and enthusiastic Children's Home Manager to lead a committed team of Support Workers to deliver quality care and support.

The Children's Home Manager must have:

- NVQ Level 5 (or equivalent)
- Prior experience managing a residential children's home
- Excellent knowledge and track record with Ofsted
- Passion for delivering the highest quality care for young people
- Strong staff management and motivational qualities
