A leading Media Agency is recruiting for a Sales Ledger/Credit Control Clerk to support the Finance team. This role is fixed term, with a duration of 4 months starting as soon as possible. With offices based in Central London, this is an excellent opportunity to join a dynamic and vibrant team within the creative industries.

You will be responsible for:
• Handling incoming cash (via cheque or BACS) and processing on the system
• Monitor overdue debt and chase for collection
• Update database with accurate customer details and account records
• Support the finance team by raising invoices in a timely manner
• Maintain accurate billing and renewal information
• Handle regular customer contact via phone or email
• Using your initiative to achieve set targets, ensuring customer goodwill is upheld
• Manage customer queries and resolve problems within company guidelines

About you:
• You will have 1 years' experience in a similar role
• You will have demonstrable experience in managing and improving the sales process as well as success in reducing the level of debt
• You will have experience using Sage Line 50 (desirable not essential)
• You will have strong Excel skills and ability to pick up other software
• You will have excellent communication skills
