Payroll Manager required for an expanding business based near Sutton Coldfield. You will be responsible for managing a team of 7. You will ensure all payrolls are run accurately and to deadlines and have a good understanding of commission based pay coupled with strong Excel skills. You will be used to reporting to director level and be a confident communicator who is able to explain the complexities of the payroll in simple terms. There is a large reporting element to the role, lots of project work but you will also be hands on with the day to day running.
You will have extensive payroll management experience and have dealt with TUPE transfers, pensions and complex pay structures. You may be used to running payroll in-house or managing an outsourced function. You will being happy to deal with queries from managers and employees directly. The ideal candidate will be CIPP (or equivalent) qualified and must have experience in working with the Kronos system.
