Our client is a local solicitor firm with over ten local branches across North London and surrounding areas.

Established for over four decades they have grown from a small office to one of North London’s most prominent firms with a large team of fully qualified and highly trained solicitors covering all aspects of law. They are part of the local community and are exceptionally well regarded, being known for their professional yet friendly approach. They pride themselves on their ability to maintaining long term relationships with their clients who regard the firm as their family solicitor. They also pride themselves on creating a happy and supportive environment for their staff.

They are now looking to recruit an experienced Litigation Solicitor specialising in Landlord and Tenants Litigation for the Enfield Office. You will have 2 years PQE dealing primarily with residential Landlord and Tenant dispute matters. Experience in other areas of litigation would be advantageous. This is a fantastic opportunity for an ambitious solicitor to take on a challenging caseload of litigation in a range of legal disciplines.

THE ROLE

You should have a good level of experience in Landlord and tenant Litigation with a fully comprehensive understanding of procedural rules and management of a litigation matter both as Claimant and as Respondent. With strong business development skills, you should have the ability to build a case load of new and existing clients. With the ability to achieve fee targets and work within the firm’s policies and procedures, you will have the ability to keep accurately record and bill to ensure fees are recovered.

THE CANDIDATE

You will:

Have a least 2 years PQE with experience in a well-respected practice;

Be self-motivated; be able to run a caseload of contentious matters with minimal supervision;

Have an excellent level of technical skill with good IT skills and time management;

Salary

£30,000 - £40,000 + benefits (dependent on experience)
