We are a Brighton based company with a busy patisserie section modelled on products you would find in a good French patisserie shop. We are an friendly company that believes in the usefulness of communication but also the necessity of efficiency and product quality.
We are looking for someone with at least four years relevant experience to come in as a senior member of the patisserie production team. The job will involve scratch production of choux pastry, entremets, tarts, macarons etc. Depending on the candidate you may also take on roles such as training, management and product development. There is scope for the right candidate to grow with the company. The successful candidate will need at least a reasonable standard of English
In the short term we need someone who can get regular quality products out. In the longer term we are looking for someone with the potential to play a key role in the leadership of an expanding team.
