Outbound Sales Advisor
A unique career opportunity in Sheffield is available for a bright and enthusiastic Telephone professional. This is a Financial Services company, specialising in Legal Collections and Debt Recovery.
You will be working with customers to understand their personal and financial circumstances and assist them to agree affordable and realistic repayment plans. You will be joining a supportive team who deliver high standards of customer service, handle disputes, negotiate repayments as well as objection handling relating to overdue accounts.
Deal with general account queries
Taking inbound and outbound calls
Organising payment arrangements within FCA guidelines
Ensure customers payments are kept up to date
Meeting and exceeding KPI’s within quality, cash collocation and productivity
Ensure best practice on calls is followed
Responsible for the collection of unpaid consumer debt in a call centre environment
Be fully conversant in the end to end collections process.
Ensure clear advice and consequences of non-payment communicated to customers
KEY SKILLS / EXPERIENCE:
Debt recovery and collection experience but not essential
Excellent communication skills, a polite telephone manor and a focus on performance is a must
Call Centre, Telesales, Outbound Calls experience
Excellent customer service
Demonstrate a consistent focus on performance
You must be able to adapt quickly to changes in relevant guidelines
High level of written and verbal communication
Self-motivated, disciplined and resilient
You will contact a high volume of customers by phone everyday so experience working in a call centre environment is a plus.This role is not for the faint hearted, you must show a high level of professionalism at all times coupled with a degree of self-motivation and resilience. You will be well supported and have a structure career path. This role offers an annual salary of £16,000+ based on experience plus uncapped bonus.
