Our client is one of the UK's leading upmarket restaurant and late night venue's in the UK. With over 60 sites nationwide, you can trust that this brand advocates a contemporary atmosphere and renowned fresh-food led menu that has room for change and development.
The duties are listed below, but are not limited to this:
- Full operational control of the front of house element
- Running the shift with a team of staff
- Rota Management, liaising with different departments
- Customer service
- Training and development of staff
- Exposure to financial responsibilities
The company are desirably looking for someone from a results proven hospitality background:
- Results focused and driven
- Previous experience in Hospitality Management
- Food led management experience
- Personable attitude
The role is offering a permanent salary of £19,000 to £20,000K
