Position based in London
20K£ per annum (20k£ basic + bonus depending on your performance)
We are a commercial catering firm specialising in desserts.
Manufacturing and distributing a full range of high quality ice-creams, sorbets, patisseries and breads. We are dealing with hotels, restaurants, and all sorts of catering businesses.
You will be responsible for:
- Responsible for making outbound calls.
- Answering incoming calls.
- Generating new business with hotels & restaurants whenever possible.
- Developing and enhancing sales with existing customers.
- Respecting the minimum orders rules.
- Maintaining customer relationships.
- Pushing sales of weekly promotions.
- Ensuring payments are paid promptly.
- Respecting company procedures
Working hours are from Monday to Friday 9.00am to 6pm (with 1h for lunch)
We are looking for someone motivated with good organisation skills. Ability to work multi task and in autonomy. You must get along with people thanks to your proactive behaviour. Having a background and good qualifications in hotel and catering business is an asset. French would be a plus.
