New Deputy Manager Vacancy for a purpose-built luxury nursing home located in Hertford. The nursing home is seeking a RGN with outstanding clinical skills to join their management team. The nursing home is part of an award winning healthcare group that have a fantastic reputation for providing quality nursing care. - 1 weekend in 4 and 1 late shift per week!
- Responsible for day to day running of the home
- Registered General Nurse with an active NMC pin
- ENB 998 Qualification of equivalent
- Minimum of five years post-registration experience
- Minimum of 2 years Senior level experience within a nursing home
- Full understanding of CQC requirements
- Comprehensive understanding and ability to deliver governance and quality assurance frameworks
- Flexible approach to the working week
