Sale Manager - Exciting fast growing healthy food manufacturer

Salary = Up to £35,000 + Bonus

(Office based)


An opportunity has become available for a Sales Manager to join an exciting start-up FMCG food manufacturer. This fast growing business are looking for an exceptional sales person to join their business. You would be responsible for working on the within four areas of the business; Wholesalers/Retail, Foodservice, Ingrediants and International.

The key responsibilities and duties will include the following:

  • Identifying and developing new business opportunities Identifying and developing new business opportunities.
  • Identifying and developing new business opportunities.
  • Managing our international sales and distribution leads.
  • Managing listings and promotions for our growing product range within the above distribution channels.
  • Working with the marketing team to plan in-store promotional activity through creative point of sale materials, tastings and campaigns.

The ideal candidate will have atleast 2 years of FMCG sales experience. As the successful candidate, you must have the following:

  • Keen interpersonal skills and an ability to relate to people from diverse backgrounds.
  • Excellent negotiation skills.
  • Initiative and enthusiasm.
  • An entrepreneurial spirit with demonstrable commercial awareness and sensibility.
  • A demonstrable ability to think outside the box, innovate and think creatively.
  • Full driver’s license.
