Digital Marketing Manager
We are looking for an experienced Digital Marketing Manager to cover maternity leave for our client going through a strong period of growth and change.
This role will be responsible for managing and supporting the development of this membership organisations online proposition and digital strategy. You will need to be an experienced digital marketer with a track record in the use of digital media, CRM and email marketing to maximum effectiveness.
·Manage the digital marketing strategy
·Manage the development of the online customer experience across multiple channels
·Manage the CRM and email marketing systems
·Analyse and evaluated marketing channels and campaigns using digital analytical tools
·Experience in managing the customer journey across all digital platforms
·Strong project management experience to manage complex system developments
·Extensive CRM experience (ideally Microsoft Dynamics)
·Strong email marketing campaign experience (ideally Dotmailer)
·Extensive CMS experience (ideally Sitefinity)
·Comfortable managing multiple key stakeholders
·Line management experience
·Experience evaluating marketing channels and campaigns using analytical tools
