Touchstone are a growing, proactive, forwarding thinking company; who places a huge emphasis on recruiting high calibre individuals. We are looking for an individual to be part of an Asset & Property Management team, working in partnership with our client, Annington Homes Ltd.

What your role will be

This private rental portfolio is unique to Touchstone as the Client, Annington Homes Ltd is based in the Touchstone offices and forms part of an integrated management team.  Touchstone is delighted to offer such a bespoke service to our Client and this arrangement and the service delivered both demonstrate the partnership approach we have with clients and customers.
This post requires a high level of customer service to be delivered to both Annington and their tenants.  You will be required to manage your own workload, make day to day decisions on behalf of the Client, deal with tenants and contractors and be responsible for updating and maintaining all records to a high standard. Although part of a larger team, you will operate largely unsupervised within guidelines set to ensure consistency and efficiency.

Your background

We are looking for someone that can take ownership of the property management functions of a residential property portfolio. You will need to be positive, flexible with an interest in progression within the company. We are going through a busy period of expansion and change and need someone that can help bridge the gaps and keep the team effective by taking on extra responsibility.
