Opportunity for an experienced Headteacher at highly regarded Primary school in Leicester - Primary school Headteacher salary: £65,363 to £73,144.00 Per Annum - Full Time position.

Required skills of the new HeadTeacher;

  • Qualifications to work in the UK ( QTS, PGCE or NARIC approved )

  • Experience as a HeadTeacher at Primary school / leading a Primary School

  • Broad knowledge and experience of the syllabus

  • A current enhanced DBS certificate

  • Strong communication and organisational skills

  • Building strong lasting relationships with the community

  • HeadTeacher committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children

  • Performing reviews/evaluations

  • Successful budget management experience

Desired skills (not essential);

  • Experience with SEN (special educational needs) as a Headteacher

  • Teaching in a special needs environment

  • Educational Management training or Qualification (NPQH or working towards NPQH)
