We are currently recruiting for a Marketing & Communications Manager, reporting to the Head of Business Development, based in Stafford, the role will be to manage the flow of communication requests from various departments within the business, in order to provide an effective communication output for respective department’s needs. Line managing a shared role, you will take on the duties of a Marketing Manager to ensure that the business marketing requirements are met. You will be expected to participate in the companies’ Market Strategy and development, being a key stakeholder for the business in this area.
The ideal candidate will be able to evidence a track record of successfully implementing internal and external communications programmes within a workplace setting, with a hands-on approach and the ability to engage with stakeholders at all levels.
Line management duties are requested for this role, however experience in supporting internal and external customers achieve their communication goals by applying high quality marketing principles, is more important. Providing evidence of effective previous practices in PR is also advantageous to this role.
