Reporting to the Managing Director, this position is designed to develop new opportunities, build on existing customer relationships and grow our client's business in new and existing markets. They want to enhance their knowledge of all the contacts within these key customers/prospects in order to be able to introduce new products as well as continuing to find opportunities for our existing products & services. The successful candidate will have the following skils and compentancies:

  • Fully trained sales professional with previous experience from an acknowledged Telecoms company background
  • Proven ability to over achieve in sales within a project based environment within teh Telecoms sector
  • Proven ability of developing new business and growing existing accounts
  • Be a professional manager with excellent and proven reporting ability
  • Be highly presentable and able to communicate and interact at all levels
  • Proven experience of building, training, mentoring and retaining successful teams
  • Be able to independently develop and manage new business sales initiatives with proven results

Key Activities

  • Develop and implement a sales strategy and KPIs
  • Report out to the Managing Director in a full and comprehensive manner
  • Use and maintain our current CRM system to build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers
  • Ensure that current & prospective customers are fully up to date with new products & services
  • Ensure that customers and prospects understand the company's capabilities (products, lead-times, pricing etc...)
  • Communicate regularly and openly with the team and work closely with the support team to ensure smooth implementation of customer needs and expectations

  • Be a consummate communicator with a clear vision of what is required for success
