The main responsibilities of the Finance Business Partner will be to assist with financial planning, controlling and management support relating to the overhead costs. You will challenge and support Head of Business on all aspects of their expenditure, including budget planning and forecasting, ensure budgets are being spent appropriately and in line with company targets. Contribute commercially to increase profitability, working closely with the wider team.

As a result of this growth, my client is looking for a hands on Finance Business Partner to play a pivotal part in their success.

The main responsibilities of the Finance Business Partner will be to assist with financial planning, controlling and management support relating to the overhead costs. You will challenge and support Head of Business on all aspects of their expenditure, including budget planning and forecasting, ensure budgets are being spent appropriately and in line with company targets. Contribute commercially to increase profitability, working closely with the wider team.

The successful candidate will be analytical, intelligent, qualified accountant who is confident with the budgeting process and able to confidently articulate and understand the wider business. How you communicate finance to non-finance audience is key, as is attention to detail and detail and having the ability to build rapport in a warm and engaging, approachable but challenging manner.
