Our client, a successful name within financial services, are seeking a number of Broker Services Specialists to join their growing team in Basingstoke.

You will play a valuable role in supporting our client's relationships with brokers across the UK. Job-holders will be responsible for responding to requests for quotations across a range of products. You will be adept at understanding the needs of customers to help support business retention and growth.

In addition, you will be responsible for anniversary reviews and will deal efficiently with telephone and email enquiries.

Candidates must be able to build and maintain business relationships and be passionate about delivering great client service. You should be able to work well in a team or under your own initiative and have strong decision-making skills. All candidates must have good IT skills including Microsoft Office and CRM systems.

Applications are welcomed from school leavers, graduates or experienced candidates. All candidates should have a minimum of 5 GCSEs at C or above to include English and Maths.

This role is offered on a 12 month Fixed Term Contract basis. Due to our client's growth and meritocratic culture, we expect there to be good opportunities for progression. Hours of work are 9am-5pm Monday to Friday (45 min lunch).
