Service Team Leader
Our client is keen to employ a SERVICE TEAM LEADER to assist the Service Manager in running a busy departmant in their Central London dealership.
As a Service Team Leader, you will be responsible for delivering an outstanding customer experience,by ensuring that all work carried out is communicated in a clear and precise manner. You will maximise service department profitability, ensuring customer awareness of all available services, and ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction at all times.
Your main duties will include meeting and greeting; booking in vehicles; keeping customers updated of the technicians progress by liaising with the workshop; up selling additional work; and accurately invoicing and documenting all completed work. You will be able to deal with customer enquiries over the phone and in person building rapport to ensure repeat business, whilst also working with and understanding the pressures faced in the workshop. You will need to show a good level of relevant dealership experience gained as a successful Senior Service Advisor or Workshop Controller and now be ready to develop your career. In return you will receive a basic salary of up to £28,000 with bonuses for £5,000 providing a realistic OTE of up to £33,000 plus all usual benefits.
