About the role
An exciting chance to join Capita Plc and utilise your Treasury skills within a forward thinking, team focused environment. This is an extremely varied role liaising with numerous stakeholders and gaining direct commercial involvement in the business.

What you will do:
Work closely with the treasury team and support the Group's operating businesses to manage the Group's operational banking, liquidity and cash management activities.
Liaise with other Divisional & Group functions.
Oversee weekly & monthly consolidated cash flow forecasts to Senior Management
Deliver ad hoc analysis and reviews as required.
Direct responsibility for the Group's Cash Management and Cash Forecasting process, supervising the Front Office Dealer.
Recommend solutions that create value for the organisation through FX hedging and management for Capita's growing international footprint, covering all aspects of cash, interest, FX and hedging.
Demonstrating continuous improvement in terms of cash management processes, cash forecasting models and reporting.
Work closely with the Group Treasurer and Assistant Treasurer to ensure adequate identification & management of FX exposures across the Group.
Develop and foster relationships with third party banking, cash management providers and internal stakeholders.
Your experience will include:
Strong academic credentials and recognised Treasury qualification (AMCT).
Experience of operating within a large Treasury Team for a UK PLC.
Extensive treasury leadership experience in a growing, complex and international business.
Breadth of experience across cash management and corporate financial management.
Understanding of treasury management systems; IT2 experience is advantageous.
Track record of continuous professional and management development.
