Salary: £24,736 - £28,933
Hours: 36.5 hours per week

As Customer Intelligence Support Officer you will have exceptional organisational skills, high attention to detail and work well under pressure to meet deadlines. You will be a confident person who is able to engage with both internal and external clients and conduct yourself in a professional manner.

As a Support Officer, the success of the Customer Intelligence Team will start with you. Our team of field based data collectors are responsible for carrying out a wide range of projects, collecting qualitative and quantitative information across the transport network to support the work of the West Midlands Combined Authority. The successful candidate will work as part of a small team, scheduling and planning the varied and fluctuating work schedule and ensuring the requirements of each project are clearly understood and communicated to those involved. Self-motivated and able to perform with minimal supervision, the ideal candidate will be a key decision maker who has a high-degree of pro-activity and creative thinking when faced with challenges that requires resolution.

You will have a flexible approach to your work and be able to react swiftly to the needs of the business as well as able to respond to operational matters quickly and efficiently.

Your schedule may involve weekends, early mornings and late evenings in order to meet the requirements of scheduled projects.

Access to a vehicle and driving licence is desirable.
