Venture Recruitment Partners are exclusively recruiting a Finance Manager on behalf of our client, a growing SME based in Fareham, who have an international footprint.
Reporting to the UK Managing Director, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the company and duties will include:
- Manage the primary accounting functions of Purchase Ledger, Sales Ledger, Cash/Banking and Nominal Ledger
- Produce month end reconciliations
- Produce monthly and quarterly reporting packs for the UK entity and present to senior stakeholders
- Work closely with the UK MD to review business performance and to drive improvements/profitability
The successful candidate will be AAT or CIMA/ACCA qualified who can perform accounting functions in accordance with the necessary principles/functions. You will also have the ability to interact with all levels of seniority and have strong Excel skills.
