Salary up to £17,500 depending on experience
Are you a hardworking Breakfast Chef with a passion for good food and understands the importance of a good breakfast? Do you have a love for good food and the ability and enthusiasm for delivering outstanding service?
Are you somebody who is both organised and able to work effectively in a fast paced kitchen environment? Can you maintain a Rosette standard of work in accordance with the Head Chef’s instructions and prepare, cook and serve food, ensuring that the highest possible quality is maintained and that agreed standards for food preparation, presentation and safe working practices are met?
You will work as part of a talented team so good team skills is important. You will have leadership skills, excellent work ethic and enthusiasm. You will prepare the daily breakfast including buffet items and cook to order. You will assist the team in lunchtime and afternoon tea preparation. You will also have the important responsibity for preparing the staff meals.
You will ensure that all services run smoothly and guest satisfaction is met or more importantly exceeded at all times. You will be enthusiastic, friendly and dynamic with excellent customer service experience within a high quality establishment.
