German speaking Business Development Executive

An international software company providing a SaaS product for event management is currently looking for a German speaker to join their London office (possibility of being Germany based). Are you a talented sales person who gets excited by closing deals and negotiating with top brands and thrive in a busy environment? Then we want to hear from you!

The company itself is very well established with offices around the world and their brand is synonymous with event management. You will put on an exciting training course abroad so you can get to know the product and unleash your potential in an opportunity with uncapped earning potential. You will make sure business quota is met and that prospects turn into clients.

Responsibilities:
*Exceeding new business development targets
*Product demonstrations to new accounts
*Creating action plans to pursue list of target key accounts.
*Accurate pipeline evaluation and forecasting
*Collaborating with the account management and client services teams to ensure complete client satisfaction.
*Creating and maintaining relationships with decision-makers of prospect accounts.
*Other duties as assigned

Profile:
*Bachelor's degree with strong academic credentials
*Ability to demonstrate long period of success within a revenue generating environment, experience with software sales highly desirable.
*Fluent spoken and written.
*Ability to build relationships over the phone.
*Confidence with high volume of out bound calling as well as high talk time.
*You must be organized and able to multitask.
*Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
*Manage the full sales cycle: able to effectively cold call, sell consultatively, demonstrate real value and close contracts
*Strong sense of initiative and independence but ability to contribute to team efforts.
*High integrity and great work ethic
*Experience using sales automation products such as Salesforce.com and web collaboration tools like WebEx
*Willingness to travel around 20%
*Must be confident with speaking in front of large audiences.
