Payroll Clerk - 12 Month FTC
Page Personnel are recruiting a Payroll Clerk to join a leading business near Stockport on a 12 month FTC.
A specialist in its field, with an excellent reputation for staff retention and staff morale, are recruiting a Payroll Clerk to join their team.
The Payroll Clerk will report to the Payroll Manager and will be responsible for processing weekly payroll.
Duties will include:
- Processing weekly payroll timely and accurately
- Meeting payroll deadlines
- Producing and distributing payslips
- Responding to queries
- Filing payroll information in accordance to policy and procedure
- Undertaking other tasks as asked by the Payroll Manager
The successful candidate must have:
- Recently worked in a payroll position
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Excel
- Strong planning skills, and have an eye for detail
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
