We need an organiser
My client is looking to expand their parts team, and are looking for a self-motivated parts advisor with experience in retail parts.
You will be able to demonstrate great organisational skills and a systematic approach to tasks. This is a varied role, including delivering customers` cars after repair as well as ordering, selecting and delivering parts for trade and retail customers.
And a great communicator
You will be working in a fast moving environment, supporting both the aftersales team and Volvo customers. So planning skills are key here, combined with confident customer handling techniques; face to face, on the phone and online.
Being able to provide clear and timely information to all parties is key.
With good IT skills
This role involves receiving parts into stock, researching, ordering, booking out and invoicing parts on the Dealer systems, so it is essential that you are confident with IT, and prepared to learn new skills as the systems develop.
Alongside a generous basic salary of up to £21,000 you can achieve bonuses that could take your earning up to £25,000 per annum.
You will also benefit from staff purchase schemes/discounts and a pension after qualifying period.
Hours of work are 8.00AM until 6.00 PM Monday to Friday and every other Saturday morning 8.30 AM until 12.30 PM.
