Accounts Assistant - Payroll/Purchase Ledger - Immediate Start
KCR Solutions are currently looking to recruit an Accounts Assistant for our fantastic client in Gateshead. This speciali,st manufacturer are looking to pay £18,000-22,000 for a great candidate.
This will be on a tempoaray basis initially but will more than likely become permenant.
- Reporting to the Finance Director
- Processing payments and receipts
- Completing purchase order
- Cash book control
- Bank reconciliations
- Payroll (high volume) - end to end monthly
- Cash flow reporting
- Purchase ledger duties
- Petty cash
- Dealing with queries from suppliers
- Ad-hoc duties as required
- Good interpersonal skills
- Independently minded and self-motivated
- Excellent communication skills
