We have a fantastic opportunity for a Performance Manager to join our Property Services Team to manage the performance of our external contractors and internal planned maintenance team.

This key post will see you working between our offices in Camden, North London and Willesden, North West London. The position will require you to co-ordinate the delivery of consistent and reliable performance information from out maintenance works. You will liaise with partnering contractors regarding performance, quality and satisfaction information and publish this performance information for the in-house DLO and wider business.

You will monitor the progress of best practise and analyse the performance data in line with other housing associations, using House Mark for example. You will provide updates to the business and will be responsible for reports on the operational performance.

We are looking for someone who is commercially driven and has strong business acumen. We want you to manage, own and champion this part of the business ensuring value for money and increased quality for our departments and partner.

As a confident, proactive and focussed candidate you will have worked in a similar role working alongside contractors, and you will possess strong housing knowledge. You will utilise your strong interpersonal skills and high standard of communication to relay your findings to a wide audience.
