Job Title: Deputy Manager ( RGN / RMN / RNLD )

Location: Bishop Auckland, County Durham

Salary: £35,000 per annum (£17.50 per hour)

Contract: Permanent

Hours: Full-time hours

A fantastic new opportunity has arisen for an experienced and highly-skilled Registered Nurse ( RGN / RMN / RNLD ) to work in a highly-accredited, award-winning nursing home located in Bishop Auckland. They have achieved an excellent reputation and a fully-compliant CQC report. This service offers a warm, friendly environment to all residents and has specialised areas dependent on their needs.

This home provides person-centred care to individuals with a range of needs, including residential, nursing, dementia nursing and palliative care. They can also care for individuals on a short-term or respite basis. The home is split into different units for dementia and another for those with physical needs. The home prides itself in the high quality of care that they provide the residents and the Home Manager is looking for an experienced, passionate nurse and Manager to join their friendly team of staff.

Person Specification: Our client is looking for a Registered Nurse of any specialism ( RGN, RMN or RNLD all considered) with a strong post-qualifying background. All candidates must have a valid NMC Pin and full eligibility to live and work in the UK. You must have some experience of leading / managing people, ideally within a similar care home environment, as well as excellent leadership, organisational and interpersonal skills.
