Sheridan Maine is recruiting an Accounts Assistant for a business based in Hinckley.
Up to £19,000 per annum 

The Role
To administer the Purchase Ledger and ensure that payments for all parts of the business are made in accordance with appropriate timescales and within relevant payment terms.

Other duties and responsibilities 

- Calculating and checking to make sure payments, amounts and records are correct.
- Sorting out incoming and outgoing daily post and answering any queries. 
- Managing petty cash transactions. 
- Controlling credit and chasing debt. 
- Reconciling finance accounts and direct debit

What are we looking for?

- AAT Qualified / Degree
- Experience of processing large volumes of invoices
