Your new company
My client offers a range of services to businesses across the UK. Due to recent expansion of business area they require a Field Sales Representative to join their team of professionals. There is a very positive outlook in the company and there are definite signs of growth and future acquisitions.
Your new role
You will be focusing on new business and covering the North and West Yorkshire region. You will be selling face to face, managing your own appointments and being provided with hot leads from the telemarketing team. The role will also involve a level of account management for existing customers, including maximising current spends.
What you'll need to succeed
The right person for this role will have proven face to face B2B field sales experience. You will be self motivated, pro-active and ambitious. Industry experience is not an essential - however fresh ideas are. You will need to have a full clean driving licence as this role will be on the road 3 days a week. You will also be required to report to the office in Worksop 2 days a week.
What you'll get in return
This role pays £22k with an increase to £24k on completion of a successful trial period of 3 months. OTE are £50k. There is free parking at the office, and you will be provided with a company car, mobile phone, laptop and iPad. The company provide 23 days holiday plus 8 statutory bank holidays. After 12 months you will have access to a company healthcare scheme.
