Digital Marketing Manager-Premium Casual Restaurant Brand. London based.£40-50k

My Client is a much beloved premium, casual restaurant brand with something of a cult following. Quality South-East Asian food that is effortless and fuss free but enjoyed in a beautiful and vibrant environment.

We are looking for a Digital Marketing Manager with a minimum of 2-3 years experience in a similar or complimentary sector. You must absolutely be able to demonstrate a real passionate for all things Digital, Tech, Food and Drink.

The Digital Marketing Manager will be responsible for

  • Creation and implementation of all online marketing activity inc. calendar communication, promotions and events and social media PR.
  • Optimising performance and development of all digital channels inc. SEM, brand website, social, payment loyalty APP, reservations systems & CRM
  • Enhancing customer engagement through brand communication, online sales development activity, guest care and online survey and feedback programs
  • Actively identifying opportunities to develop digital platforms further.
  • Maximise customer acquisition through SEM

The right Digital Marketing Manager will be a Digital Ambassador, staying ahead of market trends making sure the story of the online brand is best in class from both a consumer and industry standpoint.

You will have previous management experience in a creative and engaging environment and a proven track record in driving performance improvement across digital channels

As such you MUST have

  • Digital Marketing Management experience of 2+ years
  • Exceptional communicator in written and multi-media/digital channels
  • Proven technical knowledge of SEM, SEO & PPC and online analytics packages
  • Proven track record in driving performance improvement across digital channels
  • Comfortable with leading and implementing online marketing strategy and initiatives
  • Commercially aware and results driven; familiar with online analytics packages
  • Experience in creative content production including video, graphics and copy writing
  • Experienced working with CRM & central databases using and creating segmented and targeted contact lists
  • Influencing skills, with the ability to manage at all levels, including upwards
