Are you a highly efficient customer focused admin professional?

On this occasion I am not looking for a little bit of admin as part of your role. You’d need to be someone who has ideally worked closely with multiple stakeholders within a business to business environment.

You’re used to communication with internal stakeholders of all levels and communicating outwards with your suppliers. Ideally you have been in and around a procurement team.

You’ve most likely completed some procurement or have a reasonable understanding of the value of what they do within in a business. This is due to that customer focused admin professional being a KEY component within this procurement team.

You are well versed in dealing with enquiries, it could be updates on stock arrival and chasing this, delivery queries, queries on how purchasing processes work and perhaps if things go wrong resolving issues. You wouldn’t let things go wrong though would you?

I would imagine being in roles similar to this you are a real people person, love talking with people from all cultures and you’re now looking for a role in procurement where you know you have a long career path once you become an expert in this role.

Being an expert means you have great time management skills, an incredible attention to detail and are inquisitive enough to really know what the buyers you support do.
