We are looking for an attentive and enthusiastic Sous Chef who has a passion for great quality fresh
food and is up to date with the current food trends.
As a Sous Chef for hospitality you will have:
- Strong work background within high quality restaurants or banqueting in hotels OR experience in hospitality within contract catering or event catering
- Excellent organizational skills
- Financial awareness with the ability to manage costs
- A good knowledge and understanding of health, hygiene and legislative requirements
This is a great opportunity for Sous Chefs or Junior Sous Chefs who have a lot of drive and want to deliver towards high culinary standards but are equally looking for a better work-life balance. Yes, you can have it all!
What's in for you?
As Sous Chef, you will earn an annual salary of £26,500- £29,000 depending on your experience. The contract will be based on 35 hours per week with paid overtime. You will have uniform provided and meals on duty. Furthermore, there is a fantastic holiday scheme in place. So, all in all they wrap up a nice package for you in return to your hard work!
