Our client is currently looking to recruit an experienced Bodyshop Estimator for one of their specialist and superb bodyshops in the Norwich area.

Job Description:

  • Reporting directly to the Bodyshop Manager, the Bodyshop Estimator's key responsibilities will involve producing accurate and competitive damage estimates, arranging bookings and undertaking follow-up enquiries, meeting and greeting customers, liaising directly with insurance companies and internal departments, as well as providing the highest level of customer care at all times.
  • Assisting in the management of the bodyshop operatives and administrators
  • Maximise Paint & Body Centre profitability through the use of professional sales techniques, Help Paint & Body Centre and Retailer to achieve industry-leading standards of process efficiency, Sell additional products, services and repair works in a professional manner

Experience Required:

  • Successful candidate must have previous experience in the motor trade.
  • The successful candidate will have at least 1-2 years' bodyshop estimating experience.
  • Experience of the Audatex system & Autoflow would be advantageous
  • You will need to be a confident and friendly communicator with the ability to manage time and workloads effectively.
  • You must be able to demonstrate a thorough knowledge of bodyshop repairs, have excellent organisational skills and the ability to pay good attention to detail.
  • You will also be highly organised, professional and articulate, and be able to communicate with individuals at all levels
  • You must also be well presented, courteous, and be able to demonstrate a friendly and professional telephone manner.

  • £30,000 Basic Salary + Bonus (£32,000 to £34,000 OTE)
