Internal Account Manager

£23,000 p.a. salary + OTE £32K + Excellent Benefits.
Mainly office based located in Poole, Dorset with occasional visits to clients.

Are you a motivated and experienced Internal Account Manager looking for a new opportunity?
Do you have a strong background developing existing business and uncovering new opportunities within client accounts by upselling and cross selling?

The basic salary for this opportunity is £23,000 p.a. (can be slightly negotiable for the right experience). You will also earn commission on sales within existing accounts; OTE is circa. £32,000 p.a. Benefits include 20 days holiday rising by 1 day per year up to 25 days plus all bank holidays, laptop, free parking for 7 days per week in the centre of Poole, pension scheme, childcare vouchers, life insurance, and plenty of social events. There are also great career progression opportunities available in the future.

You would be perfect for this role if you have a strong account management background, great confidence in increasing sales revenue by up-selling when the opportunity arises, and will be capable of developing relationships resulting in customer retention. Although it's not essential, if you have an understanding of the telecoms, technology or healthcare sectors this would be a great advantage as you will be responsible for promoting new advancements of the company's telephony solutions to existing healthcare customers.

Account Manager Requirements:
*Strong account management or business development background
*Able to build and retain strong relationships with key B2B accounts
*An understanding of the technology or healthcare sector is advantageous
*Exceptional communication skills - over the telephone and in writing
*Natural ability to engage with decision makers
*Positive attitude, ambitious, with a passion for sales and relationship building
*Full driving license and use of a car/vehicle (you may be required to visit clients on occasion)

Working Hours: Monday to Friday 9:00am to 5:30pm.
