Project Manager - Fit out / Refurbishment
My client is currently recruiting for an experienced Project Manager within the commercial accommodation fit out / refurbishment sector, working in Cardiff.
Successful candidates will have previous experience in similar roles, with a focus on large scale interior refurbishment contracts.
Industry specific accreditations are preferred but experience is more valued than certification. Our client is looking for a proactive manager that is able to adapt circumstances to their clients’ needs and deliver projects on time within budget where possible. A focus on team building and direction, with a positive approach to project delivery. Strong leadership skills are also essential.
The first project is expected to last 20 weeks as a minimum, this is an estimate and may be longer with a view to working other similar contracts in the Cardiff area.
Salaries are negotiable dependant on experience, ususal working perks such as company phone, laptop and use of a company vehicle will be discussed at the interview stage
