One of the UK’s hottest FinTech companies is expanding again. Through their innovative platform, this fast-growing company provides business finance solutions to ambitious organisations. Utilising a peer-to-peer approach, their invoice financing solutions help provide the day-to-day operational financing, working capital and cash flow that growing companies need. They now have an exciting opening in Central London for an experienced Business Development Manager.
As a Business Development Manager, you will:
- Be responsible for the development of new and existing partner accounts (brokers, accountants etc.)
- Develop and manage mutually beneficial relationships with new and existing introducers / intermediaries
- Identify, qualify, close and manage revenue streams of varying value
- Convert qualified leads
- Educate partners and intermediaries on platform advantages
- Attend and speak at relevant industry events
The ideal candidate will:
- Possess 2-3+ years proven sales experience gained in financial service and/or invoice financing
- Be a highly-motivated sales professional with first class communication and presentation skills
- Have the ability to liaise and influence at every level
- Understand partner networks / intermediaries
- Demonstrate strong analytical, numeracy and research skills
The successful candidate can expect a negotiable salary circa 40k with an uncapped OTE in excess of 60k in the first year, plus an excellent benefits package which includes a best in class share option scheme.
