My client are a recruitment agency responsible for placing doctors and nurses within NHS Trusts.

They are now seeking an accounts administrator to join, to assist in all aspects of accounting, task across the organisation

This is a fantastic opportunity for driven, enthusiastic and hardworking individual to kick start their career in the accounts sector.

Accounts Responsibilities: (Accounts)

  • Ensuring all aspects for the weekly running of the payroll/invoicing are carried out
  • Ensure all document files relating to payroll/invoicing are kept up to date
  • Ensure payments to all suppliers are made timely and filed accordingly
  • Ensure all client payment deadlines are met and should not go beyond the 60day bracket
  • Ensure all client records are consistently maintained
  • Ensure all candidates who work under PAYE/Umbrella companies must be checked against candidate AWR monitoring sheers
  • Ensure all paperwork relating to the accounts department is accurately files and managed with compliance to Data Protection standards
  • Ensure all delivery notes are checked and stored
  • Ensure budget is controlled and competitive prices are obtained before any purchases from any suppliers
