Our client is an IT consultant based in South West London who play a leading role in the designing, building and implementation of software and various solutions. This is a great opportunity for someone to take the next step in their career. They are looking for a switched on and outgoing individual to join their busy but friendly team.

Main Tasks and Responsibilities


  • Sales Ledger for Support Clients, maintain Annual Support Schedule
  • Monthly salaries and payroll Journals
  • PAYE
  • Credit card analysis
  • Expenses:  check submissions and receipts and post to ledger
  • Reconcile all Balance sheet accounts monthly
  • P&L Analysis
  • Monthly Management Accounts
  • Prepayments and Accruals
  • Quarterly VAT return
  • Preparation of Year End accounts and reconciliations for Group Finance
  • Assist and provide information for Auditors


  • Time and Expense recording system:  Maintain and update system and leave records
  • Pensions/Health Insurance/Life Assurance
  • Contracts for employees and contractors
  • P11ds
  • New employee Admin inductions and set up on systems
  • Staff Training
  • Health and Safety
  • Staff queries
  • Maintain Company Policy documentation

Education and Experience:

  • A Levels/Degree or equivalent
  • Previous Accounts to Trial Balance experience
  • Knowledge of accounting principles and practices
  • Knowledge of financial reporting
  • Proficiency in relevant accounting software
