Hours- 37.5, Monday - Friday

Role†requirements

? Plan and implement growth strategies for Partnerships, Inserts and Affiliates

? Test, grow and optimise high volume, low CPL campaigns with emphasis on LTV and ROI

? Place toucanBox front and centre of bigger brands for commercial growth and awareness

? Brief and test a range of creative campaigns to target customer segments with the right message

? Manage a B2B sales funnel of prospects to closing and keep active partners interested

? Manage and grow our Affiliate and Inserts partnership programmes with external agencies

? Landing page test and learn to support co-branding opportunities

? Track, analyse and report on performance back to the business

? Manage the media/campaign planner to align plans with wider marketing initiatives

? Channel P&L ownership

? Commercial negotiations with all Partners and our Finance Director

? Use of relevant B2B sales pipeline tools and techniques

Person†requirements

? A natural influencer with flair to inspire and convince internally and externally

? A creative problem solver with an ability to spot and execute opportunities to test and learn

? Naturally curious and a keen learner, able to adapt well to change

? A broad understanding of the marketing mix and deep experience in B2B sales

? Push the boundaries of how we can get the attention we need to grow our appeal to partners

? Deep customer insights experience, through external and internal data points

? As comfortable working alone as well as in a team

? Exemplary verbal, written and presentation skills

? A strategic thinker and tactical executioner

? Experience of managing a varied workload and flexible to adapt to changing business needs

? Experience within a fast growth startup and/or within subscriptions/ecommerce a distinct

advantage

? Strong commercial skills to negotiate contracts and financials

? Data obsessive and comfortable with a range of acronyms such as CTR, CPL, CPA, ATV, LTV,

ROI

? Ability to think strategically and act tactically to support fast growth KPIs

? Experience of international growth advantageous

? Be the thought leader on B2B marketing within the business
