I am currently representing a fantastic organisation who are looking for Service Manager to join their dedicated and passionate team. This home provides dementia, nursing and physical disability care for older people. The home is characterised by a warm inviting atmosphere which creates a homely enviroment. The service is graded 5,4,5,5, with a good reputation in the local community. Extensive refurbishment has recently been completed and the bed capacity is 53.
As a Service Manager, you will be responsible for maintaining the full compliance of this home. You will be directly responsible for the day to day running of the service, making sure the high levels of care and the superb reputation is nurtured and maintained. A highly experienced and supportive senior management team provide the perfect enviroment for you to develop the Home and to build a successful future with the group. As a Service Manager you will be a strong people person with 2 years management experience in a health and social care setting. You must be hard working and extremely dedicated to your role, and will understand the workings of a successful Home and have the knowledge and ability to run the home well. You should know how to grow occupancy and profitability whilst providing our residents with an even higher standard of care. As a natural communicator and commercial thinker, you must be able to act fast, make decisions quickly and ensure smooth running of the home.
