My Retained client is looking to recruit an experienced Chef De Partie based near Colchester to join there busy boutique hotel kitchen, offering up to £21,000 per annum. This ever so popular Hotel is set in a small picturesque costal village set on the Essex and Suffolk boarder in the heart of "constable country", With a large outside seating area which in the summer attracts a large customer base to enjoy the traditional seasonal menu with modern influences, of this professionally run, established company.
•This Hotel prides itself on its food and fashionable decor. Utilising its picture perfect location to attract customers from all over to sample its Modern British cuisine.
•The Restaurant boasts 2AA rosettes, and this professionally run company draws in a constant stream of clients in this popular setting.
•Candidates wishing to apply for this position would ideally have come from a previous rosette background, are organised, reliable, flexible and able to offer good knowledge of food and outstanding attention to detail.
•As Chef De Partie, you will be competent at working all sections within the Kitchen, ensuring everything meets the high quality standards set by the Head Chef. You will be working alongside the Head and Sous chef and setting examples, as well as teaching junior chefs.
•The restaurant has been widely recognised and received a great reputation for its traditional favourites alongside contemporary dishes, served for Breakfast, lunch and dinner.
•48+ hours a week.
