As we continue our acquisition strategy and add new dealerships, the importance of strong controls, Policies and Procedures will only increase, as one of the key risks inherent in a growing dealership group is loss of control. The Risk department will be at the forefront of managing this risk for the Group.The role consists of supporting the Risk Department in carrying out formal reviews of dealership Balance Sheets, undertaking FCA Audits and conducting control reviews. The role holder will be expected to undertake regular travel across the Group`s dealerships to perform their duties. The key responsibilities of this role will be: • Balance Sheet Reviews - we proactively audit our site Balance Sheets in order to ensure Group policies and procedures have been adhered to.• FCA Audits - as we sell regulated products, we ensure the Group's FCA processes are being followed in every instance by checking site procedures and deal files.• Control Reviews - analysing day to day processes and adherence to the Group`s financial procedures.• Removal of waste and inefficiency - to assist in maximising value for money in reviewing procedures and expenses, making recommendations to share best practices and improve business processes.If you are successful, you can look forward to on-going role development and a range of benefits you would expect from an employer of choice, including a competitive salary, company vehicle, childcare voucher scheme, share incentive plan, Vertu rewards and pension scheme.
