My client has a string of 4 and 5 * Hotels up and down the country and I am currently supporting them to find an experienced FRONT OFFICE MANAGER to lead the 30 member front office team.

This role would suit an ambitious hospitality manager as the company has great scope for progression and development and is looking to bring in the Operations Managers and General Managers of the future.

This is a large property in London over 400 rooms but size is not everything, if you are a Front Office Manager of a smaller property that offers excellent customer service then your CV will be considered.

My client is looking for PERSONALITY, the Front Office Manager must be fun, smiley, confident yet professional and strong to lead and guide the front office team.

The role will require management of the front office systems OPERA experience would be an advantage.

If you are a Front Office Manager with experience of managing OTA and Group travel this too would be an advantage.
