Our client is a market leader within the field of professional services catering and they have recently expanded their business into the back office software market. They are currently looking to hire an exceptional Inside Sales Manager to join their team in London.

This permanent opportunity offering a salary between £35,000 - £45,000 (with some room for negotiation)
On-target-earnings are £20,000 + (un-capped)

The Role of Inside Sales Manager:
The development of an effective telesales function is essential to the ongoing sales strategy for the product portfolio and as such the team is to increase headcount significantly.
The Telesales Manager is responsible for the performance of the telesales function including people, systems and processes

Core responsibilities of the Inside Sales Manager:

- Development and implementation of the sales strategy
- Deliver the agreed sales targets through leadership of the telesales team.
- Ensure team deliver performance against agreed activity KPI's
- Team management; recruitment, development, coaching, 121s, appraisals etc…
- Ensure the Telesales department achieve targets for all available product types and services including payroll, finance, software and accountancy services
- Mange the sales reporting function
- Ensure team deliver against call targets
- Understand and adhere to all appropriate legislation, codes of practice and internal control requirements, such as the Information Security and Quality Policies.

Person specification of the Inside Sales Manager:

- Minimum 2 years sales management experience
- Evidence of success in leading and managing a b2b telesales team
- Experience of software, umbrella and/or accountancy market desirable but not essential
- Excellent communication (oral, written, presenting) and influencing skills with the ability to convince through personal credibility
- Target orientated
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently
- Highly organised
- Excellent attention to detail
- Strong organisation/prioritisation skills
- Knowledge and experience of building, improving and maintaining sales CRM systems and databases
- Experience of process improvement and delivery of system change
