Berkeley-Scott have been asked by our client to recruit a chef de Partie for their restaurant.

The restaurant currently holds 1 Michelin Star and 3AA rosettes.

This is not your typical Michelin level restaurant where you work 5 doubles a week, 85 hours a week. At our clients restaurant, you will work 4 doubles a week and have 3 days off. On average, the chefs are working 56 hours a week, for a Michelin Starred restaurant, this will offer you a great work/life balance, while also working at an incredible restaurants for a talented chef and learning fantastic cooking techniques.

Ideal Candidates will have the following;

Experience in either Michelin or rosette accredited restaurants
Passion, drive and commitment to your work
Dedication and good fundamental cooking skills, with a willingness to learn

The client does not require that you have michelin or rosette experience already, but it is preferable. If you have experience working with good fresh food, and a drive to work hard and learn, this could be a great first step into fine dining.
