Our client is a friendly, successful and busy firm of financial consultants who are looking for an experienced Administrator to join their team dealing mostly with Protection and General Insurance business.

Duties will involve:-

  • Progressing client cases for mortgages and general insurance
  • Maintaining compliance process
  • Ad-hoc/General Office Administration duties
  • Maintaining client relationships - updates in current cases and previous clients on behalf of advisers
  • Researching for mortgages and insurance cases
  • Maintaining CPD record
  • Maintaining agency details with lenders and insurers
  • Dealing with general insurance enquiries and administration, protection, life, personal lines.

Candidates should have experience working within Insurance or Financial Services in an administrative role and should be keen to learn the Mortgage business. The ideal candidate for this position will be friendly, loyal, hard working and have an excellent phone manner

This is a varied role that will have more responsiblity as the candidate grows within the business, no day will be the same!
